Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier.

No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless expressly stated by you.

Dispatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times: If your item is in stock, we aim to deliver within 4-6 working days on the North Island and 6-8 days on the South Island. All backorders will be delivered within 15 days unless personally notified.

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order. This may include reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities and providing them with all necessary information for further investigation.

We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and credit card companies in cases of suspected fraud. This may involve sharing transaction details, account information, and any other relevant data to aid in the investigation.

Precise Cuts strives to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and information on the Website. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information provided. Product colours, sizes, and specifications may vary slightly from what is depicted on the Website.

We make every effort to ensure the colours and textures shown on our Website accurately match our blind fabrics. However, there may be some differences in actual colours due to differences in computer systems and monitors.

We strongly recommend ordering free samples to get an accurate representation of colours before purchasing.

Unless otherwise noted, you should assume that everything you read on the Precise Cuts website is copyrighted. Under no circumstances can any of the content of this site be used without permission of Precise Cuts.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. You acknowledge that your use of the Website is at your own risk.

If you happen to notice any issues with the fabrics you've received, don't worry! We're here to make things right. If there are any faults, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we'll organise a convenient collection. Plus, If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, like receiving an incorrect or defective item, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. In the rare case of a fabric fault, please send us a photo to help speed up process at our end.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask that you give the fabric a once-over before installing it into your blind. This quick inspection will help prevent any complications down the line. Please remember that after the fabric has been installed, any marks or damage might not be covered under our policy. Mismeasure is also not covered, so please ensure you take all the correct measurements.
