What is a skin-cutting service?
Our fabric cutting service involves precision cutting of various fabrics to your desired specifications. We guarantee accurate and tailored cuts.
What are your delivery times?
If your item is available, we strive to get it to you within 4-6 working days if you're on the North Island and 6-8 days on the South Island. For any items on backorder, you can expect them to be delivered within 15 days unless we reach out to you with a personal notification.
What are your shipping rates?
We are committed to minimising freight charges, ensuring cost-effective delivery for our valued customers.
The freight fees table below includes GST.

Do you offer Fire Retardant fabrics?
Yes, we do. Kleenscreen, Aventus 3%, 5% and 10% and Sheerweave 3%, 5% and 10% are fire-retardant sunscreen fabrics making them ideal for both residential and commercial use in New Zealand.

Can I request a fabric sample?
Certainly! If you need to see and feel the fabric before making a decision, email us at info@precisecuts.co.nz with the fabric swatch you're interested in, and we'll provide the sample.
Is the fabric range covered by warranty?
All our fabrics have a five-year warranty.
Do you allow order pickup?
We provide a convenient pickup service and will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please promptly pick up your items according to the schedule to avoid congestion or delays. When you arrive at the factory, don't hesitate to reach out to our dispatch team and provide your sales order number for easy reference.
